    As a new grad in a Chemical Engineering role, you will be exposed to various facilities on site and have the opportunity to develop detailed knowledge on the operation of a petrochemical plant.




    You will provide process engineering support to a specified facility, working closely with operations, maintenance, and other technical disciplines. Normal responsibilities for this role may include process simulations, equipment troubleshooting, data analysis and process trending, risk assessments, and facility change management.  What can we offer you? You will be provided with growth opportunities through training and special projects where new graduates are mentored to ensure continuous development and a rewarding experience.  The successful candidates will participate in our new grad program for the first 18 months of employment which includes rotating through three areas on our manufacturing site. Typical rotations are in our Ethylene or Polyethylene plants, Manufacturing Infrastructure (Utilities and Site Services Group) and Capital Projects groups.



    You will be a graduate from a Bachelor’s program in 2018 or 2019 with a degree in Chemical Engineering and eligibility for APEGA registration, complemented by a strong desire to work with a petrochemical company in a process plant.


    Your excellent organizational and communication skills work hand-in-hand with your ability to adapt to changing circumstances. You will be self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to safety.
